Shipping policy

We provide full-range global shipping services for all apparel orders. Considering the thick fabrics, three-dimensional cuts and metal accessories of functional clothing, we adopt targeted protective packaging. All goods will be checked for quality and folded neatly first, then wrapped with dust-proof and anti-wrinkle materials and packed into sturdy cartons. This method effectively avoids stains, heavy creases, extrusion deformation and damage to zippers, buckles and other parts during long-distance transit.

All orders will be processed, packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing period. After shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address for real-time logistics inquiry anytime.

For all international orders, all import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees shall be borne by the buyer. We will provide complete standard documents to assist with customs clearance. The stated delivery time is only for reference. We shall not be held responsible for delays and related losses caused by customs inspection, logistics congestion, bad weather and other force majeure factors.

If you receive damaged packages, defective products, wrong sizes or incorrect styles, please contact our customer service within 48 hours upon receipt. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the items. We will verify the problem promptly and offer solutions including full refund and free replacement to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
